Bay City River Front Development Company was formed to identify and solicit development interest in several land parcels in Bay City, Michigan along the Saginaw River. These sites are located 2 miles from Exit 162 off of I-75 at the intersection of 10th Street and Water Street. The property provides over 1200 feet of frontage along the Saginaw River and offers unmatched visibility from Michigan Highway M-25’s gateway into downtown Bay City. The site is near the newly constructed DoubleTree Hotel and several downtown attractions.

The site is comprised of approximately 33 acres. The parcel on the south end of the property near existing condominium development lends itself to further residential development, while the parcels on the northern end are better suited to corporation offices and retail interests.
